I used experimentation and ambiguity to guide the creation of this piece, an iterative process that shaped the concept and emerging imagery. This process mimics the ways in which coral creates a complex world of shapes, colors, and patterns that emerge overtime to develop an ecosystem.
The hand cut paper shapes that I meditatively organized revealed a complex coral community connected by vibrant colors and unique contrasts.
